In which countries do you currently ship ?
I currently deliver to the UK, and any country outside the UK, except to the EU.
What is the average delivery time for domestic and international shipping ?
Delivery times vary. On average, the delivery times are as follow :
- UK domestic delivery : 2nd class delivery 2 to 5 working days, 1st class delivery 1 to 2 working days, Tracked 24 delivery 1 to 2 working days, Special delivery guaranteed by 1 pm 1 to 2 working days.
- International tracked / International tracked and signed : from 5 to 20 working days, depending on the country of destination.

Some unexpected events such as bad weather, postal strikes or busy holiday periods may cause delays.
International orders – outside the UK – are sent with a fully tracked shipping service.
We offer several shipping options with different courriers.

What are your shipping options ?
– For shipping outside the UK, for your peace of mind, tracked delivery services only are available for the time being. I work with different courriers such as Royal Mail, DPD and Evri to guarantee a smooth and fully tracked service.
– For the UK, Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class, tracked 24 and special delivery by 1pm delivery options are available. I also use other courriers such as Evri.
Custom and personalised order requests
Please note that I might need extra time in order to fulfil your order – on average 5 working days for customized items, or up to 4 weeks for a made to order item. Your request must be for an item in line with the range of products sold in my shop.

What is the difference between a customized order and a made to order item ?
A customized order is a personalisation made on a product available in my shop (for example adding a text on the back of a painted rock sold in my shop). A made to order item is an product handmade from scratch (for example a specific painted rock design request).
I have ordered an item for a specific event, but it arrived too late. What are your policies if I request a refund ?
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Delays might occur due to Customs and during busy periods.
– ideally, before ordering, please do not hesitate to send me a private message, I will be happy to assist you.
– Refunds requests are accepted on non-personalised items, your request must be made within 14 days from the reception of your order. A refund on the product cost will be processed as soon as the item will be returned to me in its original condition (the postage costs are at the customer’s charge).
Delivery upgrades are highly recommended in those circumstances.

The size of each product is clearly shown in the listing photos and/or listing descriptions. Please read the product decription in full to get all the details you need to know before ordering.
Returns policy
Please note that returns on physical products are accepted, according to UK laws. However, returns will be refused on items that have been used, worn or altered in any way by the customer : for example, worn pieces of jewelry are not accepted for a return.
