Delivery informations
- International deliveries : shipping is available to any country outside the UK. Any order dispatched outside the UK will be shipped with our most reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Evri, via a fully tracked delivery service. Please kindly note that Sandrine’s Creations is not responsible for potential delays due to customs.
- Shipping to the US : orders will be dispatched via a Delivery Duty Paid service (DDP) : US tariffs are now included in the products prices, and sales tax is displayed at checkout in the “Taxes” line.
- For deliveries within the UK, Royal Mail is the main UK postal service provider. Several delivery methods are available : 1st class, 2nd class, Tracked 24 and express delivery. If you order an item for a specific event taking place at a early date, don’t hesitate to contact me prior ordering, I’ll be happy to assist you.
Return policies
Item returns are accepted within 14 days, from the day of delivery.
Conditions of return
Please kindly note that the customer will be reponsible for the postage costs.
In case of loss in value (as agreed upon with me), a total refund is not possible if the item isn’t returned in its original condition
Returns are not accepted on personalised items, or if the item has been worn – ex : pieces of jewellery.

Damaged items during shipping
If unfortunately your order arrived damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I will be happy to refund or send a replacement, according to your preference. For administration purposes, a photo of the damaged items will be requested before proceeding with a refund or replacement.
